INDIAN SENIOR CITIZENS ASSOCIATION OF ACT (INC)

NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING   2017

AGM details:

When: THURSDAY, 21 September 2017
Where:   BURNS CLUB    Kambah
Time: 11.00 am

Agenda for the meeting:

  1. Confirm minutes of the last AGM
  2. Receive reports from Committee on the activities of the association
  3. Receive and consider statement of accounts and financial report
  4. Elect members of the Committee
  5. Any Other Business

The positions to be filled by election are:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer and
  • 3 Committee Members

Nominations of candidates for election as office-bearers of the association

(a) Shall be made in writing, signed by 2 members of the association and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate (which may be endorsed on the nomination form); and
(b) Shall be delivered to the returning officer of the association not less than 7 days before the date fixed for the annual general meeting at which the election is to take place.
