NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2017
AGM details:
When: THURSDAY, 21 September 2017
Where: BURNS CLUB Kambah
Time: 11.00 am
Agenda for the meeting:
- Confirm minutes of the last AGM
- Receive reports from Committee on the activities of the association
- Receive and consider statement of accounts and financial report
- Elect members of the Committee
- Any Other Business
The positions to be filled by election are:
- President
- Vice President
- Secretary
- Treasurer and
- 3 Committee Members
Nominations of candidates for election as office-bearers of the association
(a) Shall be made in writing, signed by 2 members of the association and accompanied by the written consent of the candidate (which may be endorsed on the nomination form); and
(b) Shall be delivered to the returning officer of the association not less than 7 days before the date fixed for the annual general meeting at which the election is to take place.
